Are you planning to go to the UPCM anytime soon? Don't forget to fill up our contact tracing forms by scanning the QR codes found in our lobbies using your phone's QR scanner, QR scanner in your Google app and viber app, etc. It will then open to our UPCM website where you can click on the health declaration link. Then fill it up. You will then receive your personal QR ID that you will present to the guards at Calderon, Salcedo and Paz Mendoza buildings upon entering.
