The UP College of Medicine Administrative and REPS Staff is organizing its 31st Staff Development Program for the Administrative and REPS

This is the annual activity of the UPCM staff development Program for the administrative and REPS.

For the  Part I, an  In-House Seminar which aims for the following objectives

1. career advancement

2. increase motivation and promote cooperation among the staff. 

3. helps  to work as a team.

4. to develop and synergize employee's skills and talents and bring better results.

3.   to rebuild the “esprit de corps” and camaraderie
