Extension of Call for Nominations for the Gawad Chancellor 2020

In connection with the 38th UP Manila Day and the 41st Anniversary of the Health Sciences Center Autonomy, the call for nominations for the following Gawad Chancellor 2020 categories is hereby extended:

1. Outstanding Artist
2. Outstanding Researcher
3. Outstanding Student
4. Outstanding Student Organization

Using the prescribed form and with the required supporting documents, nominations should be emailed to upm2020foundation@up.edu.ph on or before 5 October 2020 (Monday), not later than 12 NN. Nomination forms and guidelines for each category can be accessed at http://bit.ly/UPMGawadChancellor2020
