JOSE VILLANUEVA, MD

Dr. Jose Villanueva was a former head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Philippine General Hospital. He served as the president of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecologic Society in 1953.  He wrote an article on the history of the practice of OB-GYNE in the country titled “Organization of Obstetric Care in the Philippines.”
