and offers a limited number of grants for students in need.

- Download and complete the Application Form
- Download the official University of the Philippines College of Medicine (UPCM) Financial Aid Application Form.
- Fill out completely.
- Upload the accomplished form together with all required documents to the link.

Application Period:
March 23 to May 29, 2026
- Incoming LU 3 INTARMED students
- LU 4 – 7 students
June 15 to July 31, 2026
- Incoming LU 3 lateral entrants for AY 2026-2027
Please make sure to submit all requirements within the application period. Late and incomplete applications may not be processed.
