Call for Participation - Worldwide Universities Network (WUN) Asia SDGs Group
A member of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) of Taiwan initiated the WUN Asia SDGs Group, which focuses on the UN SDGs and their practices in the Asian region.
The Asia SDGs Group aims to forge strong connections among international researchers by sharing practical SDGs experiences in Asia, exchanging insights from various perspectives, and ultimately generating more profound advices and approaches pertinent to SDGs in Asian region.
The focuses of Asia SDGs Group include:
- SDG3 Good Health and Well-being
- SDG6 Clean Water and Sanitation
- SDG7 Affordable and Clean Energy
- SDG13 Climate Action
There are currently two projects proposed by Prof. Mohammed Farid of the University of Auckland and Prof. Emily Kumpel of University of Massachusetts Amherst (Project details attached).
Collaborators from both NCKU and WUN have been actively engaged in these two projects. They are currently looking for Co-Investigators from SATU member universities to be part of the team.
